Industrialization is when a society or country transforms itself  from a primarily agricultural society into one based on manufacturing goods and services. It had its bad And goods but had a great success.           Industrialization lead to low pay, long hour work days. Before industrialization woman had hard work and were used like cattle. They were supposed to clean, cook and be mothers at the same time, when industrialization helped women have better work conditions.
